Once upon a time when I found myself going through a very very tough time, I was searching every corner of the internet to help me get out of my rut. I had big dreams but I was also burnt out. It was hard for me to get to the next level after having achieved some of my big goals. I watched countless motivational videos and read so many blogs in the hope of finding a way out.
I told myself one day once I (there were moments when I said if I ever) overcome this I will help other anxious but ambitious professionals like myself to get out of their funk and go smash their goals.
I had to get brutally honest with myself and do what I call CORE WORK to overcome burnout and start living my life the way I want to. Cutting a long story short, I got out of my rut and started my own Mindset Coaching practice to help like-minded individuals.

1. Best Things Are Free 🪷
If you’re looking for some immediate relief from stress, anxiety, depression and going through a really challenging time, I suggest you try Metta Meditation. If there’s one thing I’m sure of it is the power of practising loving-kindness a.k.a Metta. It is what helped me calm the stuff down when I was caught up in a whirlwind of regrets and doubts. I still practise it to this day. So, read my article which I wrote to share with all the strangers and friends who’d ask me for the best piece of advice on sanity to spirituality to success. 5. 1:1 Mindset Coaching 🎯
I currently offer a few one on one Mindset Coaching sessions a week to entrepreneurs and executives. And all ambitious folks who are willing to invest their energy, really. I facilitate the process of doing the necessary CORE WORK to break the negative cycles and achieve your goals. I was lucky enough to have mentors but another thing I wish I did way back was to work with a Coach on my Mindset. Again it took me years of trials & terrors (not a typo) to get to where I am today. I am a Mindset Coach.
And I practice what I coach.
There are a couple of things I realised while I was working on myself and also working with clients during that trying time: Most of us, even professionals in the field do not have a good idea of what emotions really are! The techniques even in popular therapy are focused more on cognitive and behavioural aspects, ignoring emotions. As emotions are considered a result of bio-chemical reactions or one of those mysterious cognitive functions of the mind. I believe this is the reason why mainstream therapy and personal development assume that Anxiety is irrational!
The second problem is that we have a very limited view on solving our mental health issues even though ‘holistic approach’ has become a buzz word. This is where metaphysical teachings play a very important part in going beyond our conventional knowledge. The real healing and evolution happens only when we go beyond our rigid physics based mechanical approach in understanding the human mind and life.
So, in my Mindset coaching work, I go beyond the surface level and work with you on your emotions with a Metaphysics based approach. I focus both on immediate relief and long-term results.
All of us are autonomous and intuitive. We can all learn to tune into our inner guidance system.
One thing I can say for sure is that, taking a soothing approach is the best way to go. You can always, Soothe Yourself To Success.
